Responsibilities
- Lead Vault R&D migrations, ensuring seamless transfer of document content and object data.
- Advise customers throughout the ETL process for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Share best practices and proven methodologies to contribute to team growth.
- Drive innovation in migration tooling and process design.
- Assist in project scoping and estimating for the Vault R&D product suite.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale document/content migration or enterprise database migration.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role with a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to communicate technical strategy to various levels of stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in leading and mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data manipulation.
