Responsibilities
- Lead Vault R&D migrations, transferring document content and object data from legacy systems into Vault.
- Advise and partner with customers throughout the extract, transform, and load process.
- Share migration best practices, lessons learned, and proven methodologies with the team.
- Drive innovation in migration tooling and process design, including ETL tool enhancements and implementation strategy.
- Support project scoping and estimating for the Vault R&D product suite.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in large-scale document/content migration or enterprise database migration.
- At least 3 years of success in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
- Ability to advise and communicate technical strategy to technical teams, senior management, and executives.
- Hands-on experience leading and mentoring team members.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data manipulation and integration.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred.
- Functional knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes is preferred.
- Project Management exposure for complex enterprise software implementations is preferred.
- Familiarity with GxP and software validation regulations is preferred.
- Understanding of migration verification and reconciliation processes is preferred.
- Coding experience with Java or Python is preferred.
