Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical leader and executive advisor for major customer AI engagements.
- Own the technical success, standards, governance, and solution quality of the Professional Services portfolio.
- Define enterprise architectures and MLOps practices for scalable, secure AI solutions.
- Oversee deployment of Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG, and predictive modeling applications.
- Lead technical discussions with C-level executives and influence AI strategy, roadmaps, and governance models.
- Manage technical risk, program execution, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution, and utilization.
- Represent DataRobot through industry conferences, technical publications, and internal innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Approximately 8–10 years of progressive hands-on experience in software development, Agentic AI frameworks, or a similar technical role.
- Expertise in full-stack development, enterprise software architecture, and modern Agentic AI frameworks.
- Deep experience designing and implementing end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures, including LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, RAG, and predictive modeling systems.
- Expertise establishing MLOps strategy for model CI/CD, governance, and enterprise-scale deployment.
- Deep proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, secure production-grade APIs, and enterprise security architecture.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus on-premise deployment experience.
- Demonstrated client-facing or consulting leadership experience and exceptional executive-level communication skills.
- A computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or related quantitative degree is required; a master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
- Expert familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not critical.
