Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end artificial intelligence solutions from functional documentation, technical designs, and specifications.
- Implement agentic architecture components and integrate them into production environments.
- Define and implement scalable AI architectures, including vector databases and prompting workflows.
- Design and implement LLMOps pipelines for reliable and maintainable deployments.
- Estimate AI initiatives based on execution cost, performance, and scalability considerations.
- Design and implement AIOps solutions and intelligent agents for operational environments.
- Integrate AI solutions with ITSM/BMC platforms, CMDB systems, and observability tools.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience, including relevant experience on artificial intelligence projects.
- Experience designing AIOps and intelligent-agent architectures.
- Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions.
- Experience integrating ITSM/BMC systems, CMDB systems, and observability tools.
- Experience defining data pipelines for impact analysis and simulations.
- Experience as a Software Engineer on complex projects.
- Strong development knowledge in Python, Java, or .NET.
- Experience working with XML, JSON, and REST services.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures, Docker and Kubernetes containers, and messaging systems.
- A university degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline is desirable.
- Certification in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
- Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices is desirable.
