Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications and software features.
- Deliver medium-complexity modules on time while meeting functional, quality, and performance requirements.
- Research and understand unfamiliar codebases.
- Work across frontend and backend technologies using one or more listed programming languages and frameworks.
- Maintain high-quality standards and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
- Work effectively in an Agile environment using Scrum processes.
- Continuously improve technical and product knowledge while working with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related program.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience with knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and database concepts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and innovation skills.
- Experience or strong interest in Agile methods such as Scrum, XP, Business Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery.
