Base Salary
$200k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage security solutions for AWS and Kubernetes.
- Build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Conduct security assessments and audits on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams to embed security best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and respond to cloud security incidents.
- Provide expertise in compliance requirements related to cloud security.
- Mentor engineers and advocate for cloud security across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering with expertise in AWS.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes security including cluster hardening and RBAC.
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Familiarity with AWS security services like IAM and GuardDuty.
- Familiarity with CNAPP and SIEM solutions.
- Solid understanding of secure software development lifecycle practices.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty are desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
