Responsibilities
- Provide accurate estimates for assigned development work.
- Resolve routine programming issues and develop small- to medium-sized applications.
- Document code and produce technical design documentation with guidance from senior team members.
- Test applications to ensure they meet user requirements.
- Assist project managers with fact-finding to define system scope and objectives.
- Follow internal policies, procedures, standards, controls, and metrics.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at an accredited college or university for Fall 2027.
- Interpret detailed project specifications and business requirements to develop program logic and code.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of coding best practices, project management, and SDLC processes.
- Prioritize project tasks and work with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Demonstrate process and detail orientation and the ability to understand complex business workflows.
- Experience in financial services is a plus.
- Experience with C#, .NET MVC, Angular, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine learning, large language models, AI-assisted development tools, or AI services and APIs is optional.
