Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable, high-performance, secure technology solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Evaluate and optimize technology processes for efficiency, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, DevOps, infrastructure, operations, and business leaders to define technical requirements.
Select and integrate appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools according to architectural standards and best practices.
Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and guidelines across development teams.
Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and security assessments to identify and address risks and inefficiencies.
Resolve technical challenges and disputes while balancing business needs and technical complexity.
Recommend emerging technologies and drive adoption of architectural principles across organizational technology initiatives.

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in technology delivery, including 2+ years architecting scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments and modern architectural patterns such as microservices and serverless computing.
Strong understanding of software development architecture, cloud computing, and modern technology stacks.
Experience working in large enterprise environments and across cross-functional teams.
Hands-on cloud and DevOps experience, preferably with AWS and Azure.
Expertise designing and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI and RAG architectures, with working knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and/or Azure AI Foundry.
Understanding of Agentic AI systems is desirable.
Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Scrum, or DevOps development methodologies.
Familiarity with Git, Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and enterprise IT risk management.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
