Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical ownership of native iOS applications and translate product vision into secure, scalable mobile solutions.
- Provide technical direction for Swift-based iOS architecture, modular components, design patterns, maintainability, and testability.
- Manage Jira backlogs by refining epics and stories, prioritizing dependencies, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into actionable tickets and user stories for development team members.
- Oversee iOS mobile UI design, including layouts, interaction patterns, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.
- Coordinate end-to-end release planning and execution across development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Mentor engineers, review code, and promote secure coding, performance optimization, and platform guideline adherence.
- Improve iOS solutions through root-cause analysis, refactoring, and adoption of modern frameworks and tools.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of iOS development experience.
- Experience building and managing Jira backlogs in collaboration with product owners or business analysts.
- Ability to break down vague requirements into clear, actionable tickets and user stories for multiple team members.
- Experience coordinating release planning, development, testing, and deployment tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment using collaboration tools and structured ceremonies.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
