Responsibilities

Lead and plan software development activities with suppliers.
Act as the primary software interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Manage resources, project tracking, risks, changes, and software development milestones.
Coordinate technical discussions and facilitate knowledge transfer between supplier and internal engineering teams.
Monitor quality standards and compliance with OEM requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies.
Ensure successful software delivery for testing and integration.

More than 3 years of proven experience in a software lead role working with Tier1 suppliers or OEMs.
Experience with requirements management and task management tools, including JIRA.
Understanding of Functional Safety and ISO 26262, with experience in ASPICE.
Experience with diagnostics and communication protocols.
Proven experience managing cross-functional and distributed software teams.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with automotive braking systems is preferred.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, specialized in electronics, mechatronics, or telecommunications.
Strong knowledge of C programming standards and coding rules.
Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
