Responsibilities
- Deliver on projects with multiple stakeholders to create significant business impact.
- Set direction for critical technical areas to support rapid growth.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance customer security and compliance.
- Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture.
Requirements
- Experience working on nascent teams and establishing team culture.
- Participation in on-call rotations to ensure customer experience throughout the SDLC.
- Proven success in launching greenfield projects with rapid iteration.
- Willingness to use AI responsibly to enhance work efficiency.
- Strong judgment and curiosity in applying new technologies.
