Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational pieces of Notion’s building blocks.
- Collaborate with product teams to decompose user problems into primitive-level improvements.
- Develop polished, user-facing products in TypeScript and React.
- Create documentation, patterns, and APIs for other teams to utilize primitives.
- Identify and implement technical investments to enhance system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Full-stack product engineering experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong UI and UX sensibilities with a focus on high-quality user experiences.
- Systems thinking with an ability to design scalable solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Deep familiarity with Notion as a power user.
