Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical point of contact for production issues and provide resolutions.
- Engage with customers on assigned cases to ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
- Perform root-cause analysis on production issues by replicating business use cases.
- Review custom logic to identify business/process dependencies across the platform.
- Write SOQL queries to retrieve and manipulate records.
- Design, develop, and implement custom logic for the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including complex Price Rules and Product Bundles.
- Identify gaps in current operational processes and propose automation solutions.
- Reduce dependency on manual tracking and reporting.
- Proactively alert potential service disruptions and assist as needed.
- Document processes, controls, and technical solutions for long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of customization experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Flows, and APIs.
- Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL languages.
- Understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience with Revenue Cloud, Conga, and DocuSign is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
