Base Salary
$107k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and software applications.
- Architect and code scalable systems while evaluating technical feasibility, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, code reviews, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and other developers on technical direction and delivery.
- Implement complex features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure high-quality code.
- Promote engineering best practices, technologies, and tools that improve productivity and code quality.
- Share knowledge through code reviews, technical talks, and workshops.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Growth mindset, including agility and developing oneself and others.
- Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting work.
- Business intelligence skills.
- Preferred experience with cloud systems such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred experience building systems that leverage GenAI capabilities.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant engineering field is preferred.
