Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy MCP servers with authentication, observability, and error handling.
- Build multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks and agent-to-agent communication protocols.
- Develop and optimize RAG, KAG, and CAG knowledge retrieval pipelines.
- Design hybrid retrieval architectures for static, dynamic, and multi-hop logistics knowledge.
- Implement LLM integration layers including prompt engineering, function calling, structured output parsing, and model routing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational workflows into agent capabilities.
- Deploy and maintain agent infrastructure on Kubernetes with observability tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Production-grade AI application development experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, function calling, tool use, and structured outputs using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google APIs.
- Understanding of RAG and familiarity with KAG and CAG.
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical data platform such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with interdisciplinary or team-based environments and strong communication skills.
- Background in MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, knowledge graphs, or streaming data systems is an asset.
