Base Salary
$105k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level custom software applications.
- Lead small teams and coach teammates in their skills and careers.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients across industries.
- Execute projects end to end, including project management, estimation, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
- Develop solutions using cloud, web, mobile, data, IoT, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Use AI tools strategically to improve client solutions and communicate their value, limitations, and ethical use.
- Present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, senior executives, and stakeholders.
- Participate in community service, social gatherings, and continuous learning activities within a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience providing technical leadership through coaching or leading project components such as estimation, task assignment, timelines, requirements, or design.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an interest in creating innovative solutions.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied environments.
- Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable qualification; comparable experience may substitute.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
