Responsibilities
- Review AI solutions built by non-developers against engineering standards and governance frameworks before production deployment.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns and templates for deployment across business units.
- Assess data lineage, model accuracy thresholds, human-in-the-loop safeguards, and audit-trail compliance, and lead remediation of gaps.
- Implement automated output validation, drift detection, and exception escalation for post-launch solutions.
- Track token and API usage and costs by solution and business unit and support monthly reporting to CFO leadership.
- Design, build, and deploy AI- and LLM-integrated solutions for FP&A, accounting, audit, and reporting workflows.
- Maintain code in Git with version control, structured code review, and change management practices.
- Collaborate with FP&A, AI governance, and enterprise IT and architecture stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with Python or an equivalent language for automation and data pipeline work.
- Cloud platform experience, preferably with Azure or AWS.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with Git-based version control, structured code review, and change management practices.
- Experience with SQL and ETL or data pipeline work.
- Working familiarity with Power Platform, UiPath, and Copilot Studio sufficient to review citizen-developer solutions.
- Understanding of model validation, drift detection, data lineage, and audit trails.
- Ability to explain technical risk in plain language to non-technical finance staff.
- Working knowledge of finance processes and the ability to assess business context and materiality.
- Ability to work across business units with varying levels of technical maturity.
- Finance or accounting background, FP&A exposure, citizen-developer governance or AI Center of Excellence experience, and SOX or internal-controls familiarity are preferred.
