Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions, architecture, workflows, and configuration.
- Conduct technical discovery, needs assessments, consultations, solution design, customer support, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Collaborate with sales, regional leadership, global bid teams, and product management on opportunities and RFx responses.
- Manage and prioritize regional opportunities, communicate solution value, and help drive opportunities to closure.
- Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
- Create white papers, solution briefs, webinars, blogs, proposals, scope definitions, architecture diagrams, and network diagrams.
- Ramp and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, presentations, technical overviews, and proof-of-concept execution.
Requirements
- At least five years of Solutions Engineering experience with demonstrable success in cloud security, privileged access management, application GRC, and/or identity governance and administration.
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related area, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications or related expertise.
- Experience with identity governance concepts including identity lifecycle management, entitlement management, access requests, workflows, policies, roles, access certification, auditing, reporting, analytics, and deployment scenarios.
- Database query experience with relational databases, including MySQL and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with REST APIs, PowerShell, and Graph API.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards including SAML, OAuth, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, X.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, and JSON.
- Understanding of data governance, GDPR, CCPA, regulatory compliance, and security frameworks.
- Experience with Azure AD, Okta, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, Radiant Logic, LDAP, and virtual directories.
- Basic understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption.
- Strong technical, business, communication, relationship-building, presentation, customer service, and document creation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage technical team relationships, and travel up to 60% across the DACH region.
