Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to lead technical planning for member experience improvements.
- Design systems that enable consistent and efficient data flow across multiple services.
- Quickly address issues and implement solutions to enhance product reliability.
- Participate in and influence technical decisions within the Applications Engineering team.
- Promote software engineering best practices across various teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining consumer-grade web applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills utilizing first-principles thinking.
- Strong programming skills and a track record of implementing reliable software.
- Continuous growth mindset, seeking to improve both technical and non-technical skills.
- Experience with Go, GraphQL, Docker, or AWS is a bonus.
