Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical enablement on product platform features to customers.
- Identify and propose comprehensive solution designs to complex business problems.
- Keep abreast of product developments and synthesize them into best practices.
- Create prototypes or code examples to facilitate customer onboarding.
- Maintain understanding of technologies related to Contentful and industry trends.
- Communicate customer product feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Support engagement managers on quoting and scoping of SOWs.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure a successful customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years as a Solution Architect or 4 years in a similar customer-facing role.
- Professional experience with microservices-based architectures.
- Basic developer skills in languages such as Javascript, Ruby, or Python.
- Experience with modern JS/React frameworks is a plus.
- Professional experience with content management systems and headless CMS architecture.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
