Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans to verify that testing objectives are met.
- Test software features and systems against intended designs and outcomes.
- Implement and monitor test scripts for functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Identify and remedy defects in the production process.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective quality actions.
- Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in test scenario automation.
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation using TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with test planning, test cases, manual test execution, Jira, and Zephyr Scale.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
