Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and scalable application components.
- Develop and integrate Oracle Flexcube Core Banking solutions with external applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize software performance.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead team process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform software optimization.
- Familiarity with integrating core banking systems with external applications.
