Base Salary

$118k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct test engineers across software test and verification activities.
  • Lead software requirements reviews, test objectives, test strategies, and testability assessments.
  • Design test plans, cases, scenarios, procedures, and environments for software requirements and specifications.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, performance, safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Identify, document, and help resolve software defects, issues, and potential vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Create and maintain test artifacts, metrics, data, and documentation according to privacy and security protocols.
  • Lead software project management functions involving multifunctional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 9 years of experience with requirements, test development, and/or verification testing.
  • Professional experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance after starting; U.S. Government clearance eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.
  • Preferred: a relevant Bachelor of Science degree with 9+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of directly related experience, or 17+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: experience developing STR, STD, SUM, test requirements, test cases, test procedures, and tailored work instructions.
  • Preferred: experience with manual and automated test procedures, test-result analysis, and DOORS.
  • Candidates must complete a technical CodeVue coding assessment.
