Base Salary
$118k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct test engineers across software test and verification activities.
- Lead software requirements reviews, test objectives, test strategies, and testability assessments.
- Design test plans, cases, scenarios, procedures, and environments for software requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, performance, safety, quality, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and help resolve software defects, issues, and potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Create and maintain test artifacts, metrics, data, and documentation according to privacy and security protocols.
- Lead software project management functions involving multifunctional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- At least 9 years of experience with requirements, test development, and/or verification testing.
- Professional experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance after starting; U.S. Government clearance eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.
- Preferred: a relevant Bachelor of Science degree with 9+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of directly related experience, or 17+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: experience developing STR, STD, SUM, test requirements, test cases, test procedures, and tailored work instructions.
- Preferred: experience with manual and automated test procedures, test-result analysis, and DOORS.
- Candidates must complete a technical CodeVue coding assessment.
