Responsibilities
- Develop and execute formal test plans for software applications.
- Write test cases and automate testing processes.
- Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects and test results.
- Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements.
- Document problems and assist in their resolution.
- Deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant.
- Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems development, testing, or business.
- Intermediate professional level with experience in projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Subject matter expertise in a single program or system, with the ability to coach junior staff.
