Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on production machine learning systems and applications.
- Design, experiment with, and evaluate software systems.
- Write, test, and maintain production-quality code.
- Represent Bloomberg at conferences and in open-source communities.
- Own cross-team projects and demonstrate technical leadership.
- Build libraries and frameworks supporting fault-tolerant and testable systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with an object-oriented programming language such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
- Collaborative approach to working with peers, stakeholders, and management.
