Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance activities across product releases for Veeva AI applications.
- Primarily perform manual testing to validate application functionality and release readiness.
- Develop and maintain automated tests supporting the regression test suite.
- Coordinate QA deliverables and transitions with the QA manager.
- Collaborate with onsite QA engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in meetings with the onsite team to support high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC processes, and QA best practices.
- Hands-on experience with manual functional and API testing methodologies.
- Experience testing AI technologies, including Large Language Models, AI model verification and validation, and AI-powered applications.
- Experience performing functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience identifying, logging, and verifying defects throughout the software testing lifecycle.
- Experience with defect and test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and document test cases and test plans.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and promote quality engineering best practices.
- Experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL queries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, self-motivation, and independent-working skills.
