Responsibilities
- Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize the SAP Sovereign Cloud system landscape for Germany.
- Set up multi-system landscape architecture and integrations across heterogeneous system technologies.
- Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations.
- Continuously improve implementation documentation.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and enhance cloud operations processes.
- Support production cloud operations for multitenant solutions.
Requirements
- Expertise with GitLab, Linux, and SUSE.
- Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD, cloud computing, databases, and cloud operations.
- Experience with some of Kubernetes, Helm, Python, and Bash scripting.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently on complex issues and collaborate across time zones.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with shifts and on-call duties.
- Willingness to undergo a governmental security clearance process.
- Experience with SAP solution cloud operations, such as HCM, BTP, or SAC, is optional.
- HashiCorp Vault, Argo CD, and experience supporting multitenant solutions are beneficial.
