Responsibilities
- Lead backend development for new fintech products at Fireblocks.
- Mentor and guide other developers in complex designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead meaningful features.
- Connect exchanges and trading agencies to create a multi-functional trading platform.
- Develop and optimize Fireblocks' trading API for a seamless user experience.
- Research and implement cloud-native architectures for scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with microservices-based architectures in production.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging frameworks like Datadog and Grafana.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and DeFi protocols.
