Responsibilities
- Contribute to generative-AI proofs of concept and enterprise applications, including data extraction services, chatbots, and agents.
- Support the design and implementation of unit and integration testing for AI solutions.
- Assist with monitoring AI solutions, including building dashboards.
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot existing solutions.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders, iterate on solutions, and provide training on delivered applications.
- Collaborate with AI developers, MLOps, DevOps, and data professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Python programming and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with Git and understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Awareness of RESTful APIs from a user’s perspective.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, reliability, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
