Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-driven features and products, including agentic systems for healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
- Design and build services, APIs, tools, and production infrastructure for SaaS products deployed across hospitals.
- Deploy evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops using data-driven and statistical approaches.
- Partner with product, clinical, revenue cycle, design, and machine learning teams to develop reliable, auditable AI systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role involving AI and data analysis or backend systems.
- At least 1 year of experience shipping production AI systems to end users.
- Experience designing offline and online evaluations and deploying agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Healthcare technology experience with EDI, HL7, or FHIR is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and work on challenging problems.
