Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the product suite, including Automat Studio and Agentic Workflow Builder.
- Build interfaces to automate enterprise workflows across various industries.
- Collaborate with the Forward Deployed Team to enhance the user experience based on customer interactions.
- Create intuitive UX interfaces that simplify complex automation processes.
- Develop robust back-end infrastructure for Fortune 500 customers' workflows.
- Influence engineering practices and contribute to company culture.
Requirements
- Experience in full-stack development with production features across frontend and backend.
- Familiarity with modern web stacks, including Next.js, and eagerness to learn new platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle feedback effectively.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to propose plans for loosely defined problems.
- High initiative and ownership mindset, ensuring code quality and completion.
