Base Salary
$156k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure complex ArcGIS environments across operating systems, cloud providers, security architectures, and customer organizations.
- Plan and execute content migrations between ArcGIS deployments with different architectures, deployment strategies, and software components.
- Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments and advise on storage, networking, and security platform components.
- Identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows with customers and partners.
- Help customer organizations align technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology platform.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience in a similar position with comparable responsibilities.
- Experience designing, implementing, or administering enterprise ArcGIS or comparable IT systems across desktop, server, and online environments.
- Broad system administration experience with Windows and/or Linux.
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#.
- Familiarity with networking concepts including domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, and load balancing.
- Experience with at least one RDBMS and SQL query writing, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- U.S. citizenship and an active or current-within-two-years Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems, or a STEM-related field.
- A master's degree, industry-standard IT certifications, CompTIA Security+ certification, Esri software experience, and cloud-based systems operations experience are recommended.
