Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and long-term engineering roadmap for the Asset Suite.
- Establish architectural standards, engineering best practices, governance, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions and lead architectural reviews across engineering teams.
- Drive adoption of generative AI, intelligent agents, automation, and enterprise AI architectural patterns.
- Define standards for responsible AI, security, governance, and model lifecycle management.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data & AI, Engineering, and Consulting leaders on product roadmaps and technical strategy.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide hands-on technical leadership across the Asset Engineering portfolio.
- Support adoption of the Asset Suite by ensuring products meet business and user needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Experience designing enterprise software platforms and reusable technology products.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and modern application development.
- Proficiency with C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and platform engineering.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled software products in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
- Ability to lead architecture across multiple engineering teams, influence technical strategy, communicate effectively, collaborate, mentor, and balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership.
