Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Pixel camera system software stack from concept through execution.
- Introduce camera technologies that deliver an industry-leading mobile camera experience.
- Measure, optimize, monitor, and improve system stability, performance, and overall software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations to ensure product delivery and maximize impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience programming in C++.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience developing camera system software.
- Preferred: experience designing and implementing system integration solutions.
- Preferred: experience with performance optimization, operating systems, or image processing.
