Base Salary
$120k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Design and PM on new frontend features using React/Next.js.
- Contribute to a shared design system.
- Improve frontend infrastructure and maintain backend services.
- Collaborate with Data/ML and Content Pipeline teams to enhance document ingestion.
- Lead efforts to modernize the tech stack from Ruby-on-Rails to a Microfrontend architecture.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
- 5+ years of professional experience across the stack, particularly with React, Next.js, and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with database technologies like SQL, Postgres, and MySQL.
- Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with performance, accessibility, and SEO principles.
