Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize complex AI applications and agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customers’ live infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and provide embedded, hands-on customer deployment support.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests for Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams on development practices and long-term customer adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, or hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
- Ability to travel regionally and communicate fluently in French, German, Spanish, Italian, or another European language is preferred for regional customer engagement.

- Ireland base pay is €122000–€125000 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
