Responsibilities
- Design, develop, secure, test, and extend Microsoft Power Apps model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Pages.
- Gather and document requirements for existing and proposed workflows and solutions.
- Build external-facing portals using Power Pages or Power Portals.
- Build Power Automate flows and robotic process automations.
- Support Power Platform capability growth across the team and organization.
- Contribute to simultaneous process-improvement initiatives that streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
- Provide specialized expertise across assigned projects, key updates to team leads and managers, and estimates for pipeline work.
- Expose, store, and report on data while creating high-quality functional documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing Power Apps canvas apps and model-driven apps.
- Bachelor's or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proven experience with Power Apps model-driven apps and Power Pages, including customization, configuration, integration, extensibility, boundaries, and constraints.
- Development experience with one or more of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, RESTful Web Services, ASP.NET, and SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Experience with other Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Power Pages.
- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing and familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Apps model-driven apps in Dynamics 365.
- Strong requirements-gathering, problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Microsoft Power Platform or related certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
