Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of cloud-managed intercom systems.
- Architect scalable systems and design latency-sensitive applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design complex systems.
- Drive technical direction and lead project execution.
- Own backend systems end-to-end and ensure product delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry backend software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a backend engineer in a startup or innovative company.
- Experience in driving technical direction and leading teams.
- Deep expertise with relational databases, preferably Postgres.
- Demonstrated expertise in Python or GoLang.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Ownership mentality and ability to resolve cross-team problems.
