Base Salary

$168k - $231k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and operate the agentic harness, including CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration capabilities, and Model Context Protocol integrations.
  • Develop and manage the agent lifecycle framework covering versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, deployment, and release management.
  • Build shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations for product and engineering teams.
  • Define and maintain technical standards for knowledge-base content, metadata, structure, and accessibility.
  • Drive automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the agentic ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, architecture, security, infrastructure, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Deep familiarity with modern software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, developer tooling, and the AI/agentic development landscape.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
  • Experience working with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Windsurf/Codeium, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent is desirable.
  • Familiarity with MCP ecosystems, LLM token economics, and enterprise AI governance frameworks is desirable.
  • Experience with enterprise release cycles, compliance requirements, human oversight, developer experience, platform engineering, internal developer tooling, dashboards, measurement frameworks, or developer-productivity instrumentation is desirable.
