Base Salary
$168k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer and operate the agentic harness, including CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration capabilities, and Model Context Protocol integrations.
- Develop and manage the agent lifecycle framework covering versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, deployment, and release management.
- Build shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations for product and engineering teams.
- Define and maintain technical standards for knowledge-base content, metadata, structure, and accessibility.
- Drive automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the agentic ecosystem.
- Work cross-functionally with product, architecture, security, infrastructure, and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Deep familiarity with modern software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, developer tooling, and the AI/agentic development landscape.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
- Experience working with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Windsurf/Codeium, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent is desirable.
- Familiarity with MCP ecosystems, LLM token economics, and enterprise AI governance frameworks is desirable.
- Experience with enterprise release cycles, compliance requirements, human oversight, developer experience, platform engineering, internal developer tooling, dashboards, measurement frameworks, or developer-productivity instrumentation is desirable.
