Responsibilities
- Build and scale fast, reliable systems supporting millions of users.
- Implement and maintain frontend, backend, and infrastructure features from architecture through production.
- Design and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components.
- Own the full development lifecycle, including technical planning, launch, monitoring, and post-release iteration.
- Collaborate with ML, design, and product teams to translate capabilities into user experiences.
- Help shape technical direction, engineering culture, and product strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing, building, and shipping production products.
- Track record operating at senior engineering levels.
- Deep full-stack experience or strong backend depth, with proficiency in React and TypeScript and/or Golang and Rust.
- Strong understanding of systems design, performance tradeoffs, and scalable architecture.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to balance delivery speed with foundational investment.
- Experience owning systems end to end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity at an organizational level.
