Base Salary
$120k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with technical enterprise decision-makers and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of account teams.
- Lead complex customer engagements, technical meetings, solution strategies, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Provide expert ArcGIS and Defense and Intelligence guidance while mentoring team members and influencing product direction.
- Design and propose solutions integrating GIS with business structures, workflows, third-party systems, and enterprise architecture.
- Provide configuration guidance, deployment troubleshooting, best practices, and presentations at conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications with Esri technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in Defense, the Intelligence Community, GEOINT, National Security, or closely related mission environments.
- Advanced ArcGIS knowledge in hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing contexts.
- Advanced technical consulting and conceptual solution design experience, including understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Demonstrated participation in sales processes and experience troubleshooting Esri application deployment and system architecture issues.
- Experience with geodatabases, DBMS technology, software integrations, data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments and moderate to advanced Python and JavaScript experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, real-time data integration, mobile, IoT, advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, imagery, complex operating environments, and cross-team technical strategy influence.
