Responsibilities

- Proven track record of influencing technical direction across teams.
- Ability to simplify complex technical problems into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders around architectural decisions.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and developing technical talent.
