Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Spend the initial weeks of each engagement operating within the client’s function to understand constraints and rebuild the function alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive.
- Work as part of the customer’s team on real operational tasks, owning the delivery method autonomously.
- Deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations for Financial Services and Healthcare clients.
- Shape enterprise AI adoption from strategy through first deployment.
- Build tooling and frameworks for the growing AI delivery practice.
- Handle pre-sales conversations with senior business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of software development experience, with substantial production coding accountability and continued hands-on work.
- Demonstrated ability to understand unfamiliar business functions and become productive in unfamiliar codebases or languages.
- Production experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems beyond prototypes and notebooks.
- Experience building or owning evaluation suites for non-deterministic systems.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Cloud-native delivery experience on AWS; GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.
- Pre-sales experience and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Kubernetes or ECS, production CI/CD, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is a plus.
- Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI is a plus.
