Responsibilities
- Own and ship entire product surfaces end-to-end.
- Build and scale core financial infrastructure including payments and transfers.
- Design data models and build backend services for complex financial operations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and compliance to ship user-friendly features.
- Shape engineering standards and contribute to architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Has shipped and owned full product surfaces, not just isolated features.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, comfortable with API design and frontend development.
- Possesses strong product instincts and holistic thinking about UX and system correctness.
- Thrives in a small team environment and can work independently.
- Cares about code quality and building delightful software experiences.
- Bonus: Intuition for financial systems or a desire to learn about them.
