Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services and help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs and complex business requirements into technical specifications and technology solutions.
- Lead discussions regarding transformation initiatives, customer journeys, functional designs, and application designs.
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify risks and mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, solve work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts and middleware technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and web services.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on efficient and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
