Responsibilities

  • Serve as the design authority for AI architecture within Corporate Applications.
  • Lead the deployment of AI and machine learning models into production cloud environments with attention to performance, scalability, and compliance.
  • Partner with product managers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Oversee and document assigned medium- to large-scale projects and work efforts.
  • Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enable predictive insights, and support scalable AI architectures.
  • Mentor early-career staff and contribute to the enterprise AI maturity roadmap.
  • Gather requirements, shape solution approaches, and help delivery teams execute with clarity and precision.
  • Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks within the scope of responsibility.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience serving as an architect, technical lead, or equivalent design authority for enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience deploying AI/ML solutions to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms, including CI/CD and MLOps practices.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with large-scale data systems such as data lakes, data warehouses, and distributed processing frameworks such as Spark.
  • Proficiency with Python and experience with modern AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives and improving processes, tools, or operating models at a functional level.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, collaboration, communication, organizational, judgment, and risk-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders in written and verbal English.
  • Willingness to work outside normal U.S. business hours when project or business needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in both office and remote environments and to spend significant portions of the workday at a computer.
