Responsibilities

Serve as the design authority for AI architecture within Corporate Applications.
Lead the deployment of AI and machine learning models into production cloud environments with attention to performance, scalability, and compliance.
Partner with product managers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee and document assigned medium- to large-scale projects and work efforts.
Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enable predictive insights, and support scalable AI architectures.
Mentor early-career staff and contribute to the enterprise AI maturity roadmap.
Gather requirements, shape solution approaches, and help delivery teams execute with clarity and precision.
Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks within the scope of responsibility.

At least 5 years of experience serving as an architect, technical lead, or equivalent design authority for enterprise-scale technology solutions.
At least 2 years of experience deploying AI/ML solutions to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms, including CI/CD and MLOps practices.
At least 3 years of experience working with large-scale data systems such as data lakes, data warehouses, and distributed processing frameworks such as Spark.
Proficiency with Python and experience with modern AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.
Experience leading complex initiatives and improving processes, tools, or operating models at a functional level.
Strong cross-functional influence, collaboration, communication, organizational, judgment, and risk-management skills.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders in written and verbal English.
Willingness to work outside normal U.S. business hours when project or business needs arise.
Ability to work full time in both office and remote environments and to spend significant portions of the workday at a computer.
