Responsibilities

  • Own the solution architecture and technical vision for the clinical product portfolio.
  • Manage the technical lifecycle of enterprise SaaS platforms, including release management, technical debt reduction, and security compliance.
  • Write code and build complex API integrations and data pipelines.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, code reviews, and software quality metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, architectural, performance, security, and data integrity risks.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for R&D, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and product stakeholders.
  • Translate business strategy and complex technical trade-offs into executable technical roadmaps and deliverable work.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and systems integration.
  • Proven experience managing the technical lifecycle of enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong experience designing, deploying, and sustaining complex API integrations and data pipelines.
  • Interest or demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML capabilities or GenAI tools into enterprise workflows.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and secure software development practices.
  • Ability to address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, architectural challenges, software quality, and data integrity.
  • Experience with Agile and Lean Programming (LEAP) methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including translating technical trade-offs for non-technical clinical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with clinical systems such as CTMS and Veeva eTMF is highly preferred.
