Base Salary

$120k - $203k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI adoption and integration across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation for compliance operations, risk assessment, regulatory reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop AI-assisted compliance monitoring to identify control deficiencies, policy exceptions, and emerging risks.
  • Design and maintain integrations among governance platforms, compliance systems, security tooling, data repositories, and reporting solutions.
  • Build scalable data pipelines, automation frameworks, dashboards, metrics, KRIs, and predictive reporting capabilities.
  • Support intelligent workflows in ServiceNow, Archer, cloud environments, and other enterprise technologies.
  • Establish responsible AI governance, security standards, model oversight, and alignment with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and risk requirements.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate business objectives into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Create executive presentations, implementation roadmaps, and business cases for AI investments.
  • Lead cross-functional automation strategies supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and internal reviews.
  • Mentor team members and stay current on AI, cybersecurity, automation, regulatory expectations, and industry practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, governance, or regulated technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, large language models, intelligent automation, data governance, model governance, and responsible AI principles.
  • Strong software development and coding experience with Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions and production-grade automation capabilities.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and using APIs, workflow engines, orchestration tools, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and control frameworks, including NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, and NIST AI RMF.
  • Experience with dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, operational reporting, complex integrated technology solutions, and executive communication.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments; financial services, banking, or similar experience is strongly preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, NIST-related training, PMP, or Agile certifications.
