Responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption and integration across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation for compliance operations, risk assessment, regulatory reporting, and evidence collection.
- Build integrations, data pipelines, automation frameworks, dashboards, key risk indicators, and predictive reporting capabilities.
- Develop compliance monitoring solutions to identify control deficiencies, policy exceptions, and emerging risks.
- Support intelligent workflows across ServiceNow IRM, Archer, cloud environments, and other enterprise technologies.
- Establish responsible AI governance, security standards, model oversight, and alignment with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and risk requirements.
- Translate business objectives into technical specifications and solution designs and communicate architectures and compliance implications to executives and other stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional automation strategies supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and internal reviews.
- Mentor team members and guide AI adoption, automation opportunities, and advanced analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, governance, or regulated technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Strong coding experience with Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar modern programming languages.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions and production-grade automation capabilities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, control frameworks, data governance, model governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and related standards.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and using APIs, workflow engines, orchestration tools, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and enterprise governance platforms such as ServiceNow IRM or Archer.
- Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and operational reporting.
- Strong project and program management, stakeholder influence, presentation, documentation, and executive communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
- Financial services, banking, highly regulated industry experience, and relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or PMP are preferred.
