Responsibilities
- Architect production-level ML and AI workloads for customers, including agents, ML pipelines, training and inference optimization, cloud integrations, and MLOps.
- Design and support enterprise GenAI solutions involving RAG, agentic systems, natural-language querying, evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
- Build, scale, optimize, and productionize customer AI workloads across varied domains.
- Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects across feature engineering, training, tracking, serving, and model monitoring during technical sales engagements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs, influence priorities, and support adoption of Databricks AI offerings.
- Mentor colleagues, strengthen technical expertise, and contribute to the ML subject-matter-expert community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in ML engineering or AI engineering.
- Experience building production-grade cloud infrastructure for ML applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP, including drift monitoring, or experience with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, AI guardrails, and LLM deployment.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience communicating or teaching technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales experience.
- Native Korean proficiency is required; business-level English is preferred.
- Ability to meet technical training and role-specific outcome expectations within six months of hire.
- Databricks Certification is nice to have.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
