Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of projects focused on developer productivity.
- Promote a data-driven culture and use objective measurements to guide project execution.
- Articulate vision and product strategy clearly to the team and engineering leadership.
- Build relationships across engineering and conduct regular DevEx surveys to gather feedback.
- Mentor engineers to promote productivity and develop scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of programming experience in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- BA/BS Degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Deep understanding of effective SDLC workflows and developer-oriented processes.
- Experience with Developer Portal products and build systems like Gradle or Maven.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
