Responsibilities
- Support technical presales through demos, requirements analysis, solution architecture, and presentations to senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop customer-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that communicate concrete business value.
- Translate customer requirements into use cases, solution scenarios, service descriptions, proposals, and tender responses.
- Deploy and integrate br.AI.n solutions at customer sites by modeling business processes, building ontologies, and configuring agent workflows.
- Gather customer and market feedback and provide structured input to the product team and roadmap.
- Serve as a technical bridge between customers, sales, implementation, and product teams.
Requirements
- Experience selling or substantially supporting technical B2B solutions in a presales context.
- Understanding of agents, semantic reasoning, knowledge graphs, and ontology-based approaches to automation.
- Ability to analyze and structure complex business processes and domain requirements and translate them into platform solutions.
- Hands-on experience working directly with customers and pragmatically implementing solutions in the field.
- Familiarity with API integrations, backend services, and cloud deployments, without needing to work as a developer.
- Strong analytical, communication, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
