Responsibilities
- Begleitung des Vertriebs von technischen Demos und Anforderungsanalysen bis zur Lösungsarchitektur und Präsentation vor C-Level- und IT-Entscheidern.
- Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Demos und Proof-of-Concepts zur Vermittlung des konkreten Business-Values.
- Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in Lösungsszenarien sowie Unterstützung bei Leistungsbeschreibungen, Angeboten und Ausschreibungsantworten.
- Begleitung der Kundeneinführung, Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen, Aufbau von Ontologien und Konfiguration von Agenten-Workflows.
- Aufnahme von Kundenfeedback und Marktanforderungen sowie strukturierte Rückmeldung an das Produktteam zur Weiterentwicklung der Roadmap.
Requirements
- Erfahrung im technischen B2B-Presales oder im maßgeblichen Begleiten beziehungsweise Verkaufen technischer Lösungen.
- Verständnis von Agenten, semantischem Reasoning, Wissensgraphen und ontologiebasierten Ansätzen.
- Kompetenz in Geschäftsprozessen und Domänenanalyse sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen zu strukturieren und in die br.AI.n-Plattform zu übersetzen.
- Erfahrung mit direkter Kundenarbeit und pragmatischer Umsetzung von Lösungen im Feld.
- Technisches Verständnis für API-Integrationen, Backend-Services und Cloud-Deployments, ohne zwingende Entwicklerrolle.
- Analytische Stärke beim Entwurf von Lösungsarchitekturen und bei der Abwägung zwischen Konfiguration und Custom-Build.
- Proaktive, direkte und verlässliche Kommunikation sowie Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für den eigenen Scope zu übernehmen.
